Help design and scale Crusoe Cloud, a carbon-reducing cloud computing platform for AI workloads. Evaluate services, frameworks, and tools for reliability, scalability, cost, adoption, and recruiting implications; advocate for forward-looking architecture and customer experience; write technical designs, contribute code, review merge requests, develop technical assessments, and mentor engineers.

- Experience evaluating engineering tools and technologies for reliability, scalability, operational cost, and adoption
- Ability to mentor junior engineers
