About the Role

You will lead engineers developing system-level test solutions for multi-die AI processors. You will define manufacturing test solutions, test fixtures and production test programs, and coordinate test coverage across ATE, board, blade and field testing. You will transfer solutions to vendors and support silicon and board bring-up.

Requirements

• Experience in production testing of large digital devices
• Knowledge of digital integrated circuits and advanced test techniques
• Understanding of DFT components including JTAG, BIST and MBIST
• Understanding of functional testing of complex systems
• Experience transferring products to volume manufacture with OSATs and contract manufacturers
• Ability to mentor junior team members
• Scripting and debugging skills using Python, TCL, Perl or Shell
• Degree-level qualification in electronics or a related field
• Communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage engineers implementing SLT test solutions for multi-die AI processors
• Define manufacturing test solutions with Silicon, Test and DFT teams
• Develop an SLT system with industry partners
• Define SLT test fixtures, including equipment, interface PCBs, sockets and cooling systems
• Write production, engineering and characterisation test programs on SLT platforms
• Balance test coverage and fault detection across ATE, board, blade and in-field test stages
• Correlate test results with bench measurements
• Transfer test solutions to offshore vendors during NPI release
• Support silicon and board bring-up and identify failures to improve yield
