About the Role
You will own payment products and define their strategy, roadmap, backlogs, features, and iterations to achieve product goals and KPIs. You will develop payment systems for global money movement, including end-to-end integrations with local and international payment providers. You will outline product features and technical integration requirements, working with designers, content writers, data analysts, and engineers to deliver them. You will validate deliverables, coordinate feature releases and announcements with customer support and stakeholders, and ensure internal launch tools are in place. You will monitor product dashboards and metrics, drive adoption and usage with marketing and risk partners, identify customer friction, incorporate customer feedback, and optimize the payment experience. You will also manage product risk and align legal, compliance, finance, engineering, design, and other stakeholders around the roadmap.
Requirements
- Product management experience in payments
- Experience with payments clearing, settlement, and fiat custody
- Experience designing and building payment systems
- Understanding of payment risk management
- Knowledge of crypto market needs and payment industry changes
- Ability to develop product offerings and business models
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable product development plans
- Technical ability to engage with product, platform, implementation, and engineering details
- Ability to design scalable and extensible solutions
- Experience identifying, tracking, and acting on metrics and KPIs
- Experience with analytics instrumentation and monitoring
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges
- Knowledge of crypto and blockchain innovation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Responsibilities
- Own payment products including ACH, cards, wire, SEPA, FAST, and PIX
- Define and drive product roadmaps, backlogs, and iterations to achieve goals and KPIs
- Outline features and technical integration requirements
- Work with designers, content writers, data analysts, and engineers to deliver products
- Verify squad deliverables and align stakeholders on feature releases and user announcements
- Track product data metrics through product dashboards
- Drive product adoption and usage with marketing and risk teams
- Identify customer friction and use customer feedback to optimize the product experience
- Ensure effective internal tools are in place for new product launches
- Manage product risk and end-to-end integrations with payment providers
