About the Role
You will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of AI and agent products. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, define product roadmaps and technical requirements, write product documentation, measure performance, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT, or equivalent
- 5+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in technical product management
- Strong technical background and track record of delivering complex technical products at scale
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience working with technical teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships
Responsibilities
- Drive the product roadmap for AI and agent platform components or application products
- Partner with science and engineering teams to define and prioritize technical requirements
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from conception through launch
- Write PRDs, technical specifications, and business requirements
- Develop and track success metrics and analyze product performance
- Collaborate with UX teams to optimize user experience across Alexa-enabled devices and surfaces
- Build partnerships with Science, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Legal stakeholders
- Drive technical decisions that balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirements
- Identify opportunities to apply emerging AI technologies to enhance Alexa's capabilities
