About the Role

You will own product and platform security end to end for agentic workflow products. You will set technical security direction, lead threat modeling, harden applications and cloud infrastructure, build secure-by-default patterns, and manage detection and incident response. You will also support enterprise security reviews, SOC 2 technical controls, and future security hiring.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of security engineering experience, including Principal- or Staff-level ownership of complex production systems.
  • Product security experience with threat modeling, secure architecture, authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant systems.
  • Hands-on cloud security, Kubernetes, IAM, and infrastructure-as-code experience.
  • Knowledge of securing LLM and agent-based systems.
  • Security incident-response experience for production services.
  • Experience writing and shipping production code, security tooling, or infrastructure.
  • Ability to make pragmatic security tradeoffs in fast-moving environments.
  • Clear communication with engineers, leadership, and enterprise customer security teams.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product and platform security strategy.
  • Lead threat modeling for the agentic platform and design protections for agent behavior, permissions, isolation, customer data, and platform boundaries.
  • Harden application and cloud infrastructure, including production access, IAM, secrets management, and the CI/CD supply chain.
  • Build secure-by-default patterns with engineering for agents, services, and infrastructure.
  • Own platform security detection and incident response, including logging standards, detection coverage, and response processes.
  • Represent technical security in enterprise customer reviews and architecture discussions.
  • Own technical controls supporting SOC 2 in partnership with the IT and compliance lead.
  • Identify needed security capabilities and help hire future security team members.
