About the Role
You will lead the Transaction Swimlane end-to-end, owning the core extension UX and the full transaction lifecycle. You will manage and mentor product managers, set a strategy anchored in user jobs-to-be-done and measurable outcomes, and translate that strategy into aligned roadmaps. You will work closely with Design, Data, and Engineering to prioritize and deliver high-quality, performant, and secure transaction experiences. You will be the visible owner for transaction outcomes, make trade-offs, hold teams accountable, and ensure execution without sacrificing trust, reliability, or user safety.
Requirements
- Previous crypto wallet experience
- Proven experience leading multiple product teams in complex products
- Strong player-coach instincts
- Ability to operate at director level while diving into UX and technical details
- World-class product judgment grounded in user empathy and design thinking
- Track record driving monetized products without degrading user trust or experience
- Clear authoritative communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the Transaction Swimlane end-to-end
- Manage and mentor six product managers and product teams
- Own core extension in-wallet transaction flows and UX quality
- Set and drive product strategy anchored in user jobs-to-be-done
- Define measurable outcomes tied to transaction volume, success rate, monetization, and funds lost incidents
- Translate strategy into aligned roadmaps and priorities
- Ensure prioritization and execution that delivers determined outcomes
- Align with Design, Data, and Engineering for consistent execution
- Be the visible owner of the Swimlane and hold teams accountable
- Make hard trade-offs while maintaining urgency, quality, and trust
