About the Role
You will own and improve the user lifecycle from onboarding to retention. You will design and optimize onboarding and KYC flows, shorten verification times, and increase conversion to first deposit and first transaction. You will optimize card ordering and activation journeys, define lifecycle communication (email, push, in-app), run funnel analysis and experiments, and work closely with engineers to implement integrations and technical solutions.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with funnels and product metrics
- Strong understanding of UX for consumer products
- Experience with B2C fintech, crypto, or high growth consumer apps
- Experience with onboarding and KYC flows (Sumsub, Onfido, or similar tools)
- Technical enough to work closely with engineers and lead integrations
- Experience with lifecycle communication tools such as push notifications or email campaigns
