About the Role
You will plan and design product features, create clear product requirement documents, and guide development and QA to ensure requirements are implemented. You will collect and analyze user data and feedback to continuously optimize the product and improve user experience and retention. You will collaborate closely with technical, design, and operations stakeholders and take ownership of the full product lifecycle from conception through execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above (tier 1 universities preferred)
- Consumer product experience from Big Tech preferred
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry is a strong plus
- Experience owning full product lifecycle
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis ability
- Familiarity with front-end UX and UI design
- Good communication coordination and collaboration skills
- Web2 community-heavy product experience (bonus)
- Web3 project or web3 gaming experience (bonus)
