About the Role
You will provide senior technical leadership for mechanical and cooling infrastructure. You will assess sites, review designs, lead commissioning handovers, establish readiness, approve high-risk procedures, and investigate significant cooling events.
Requirements
- Experience operating critical mechanical systems
- Knowledge of chilled water, chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC, pumps, CDUs, and direct liquid cooling
- Experience authoring and executing high-risk mechanical MOPs
- Experience leading root cause analysis for cooling events
- Ability to assess operational readiness and train technical teams
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical authority for mechanical and cooling infrastructure
- Lead site assessments and operational audits
- Drive technical readiness ahead of site activation
- Review designs and specifications from an operational perspective
- Own mechanical readiness and commissioning-to-operations handovers
- Author and approve high-risk mechanical procedures
- Lead root cause analysis for significant cooling events
