About the Role
You define technical strategy and architecture for public-sector deployments, lead multi-year projects from prototyping through operations, and build backend, web, and mobile systems. You represent the technical function in executive customer meetings, translate government requirements into standards-based solutions, mentor engineers, improve delivery efficiency, and contribute customer insights to product and identity standards roadmaps.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing, building, and delivering production-grade software
- Experience with statically typed languages such as Rust, Go, Java, or C#
- Experience leading large-scale engineering efforts across multiple teams and organizations
- Expertise in infrastructure, DevOps, architecture, frontend, and mobile development
- Experience in public-sector or highly regulated industries
- Executive-level and technical customer engagement experience
- U.S. residence
- Willingness to travel
