About the Role
You will identify and close security gaps in infrastructure and services, represent security engineering across the organization, attract talent, and represent the organization at academic and industry events. You will define security strategy and communicate data-security priorities to senior leaders.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in data security or related areas.
- Expertise in at least two areas including cryptography, Kubernetes security, web security, governance, privacy, trust, safety, authentication, identity management, access control, key management, inter-service authentication, secure application frameworks, or detection and response.
- 15+ years of experience building highly available large-scale distributed systems.
- Leadership experience across functional and organizational lines.
- Communication skills to explain data security to senior leaders.
- MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related fields.
