About the Role
You will design and build a scalable AI platform for security capabilities and agents. You will create platform services, APIs, libraries, and SDKs; build secure distributed systems; implement identity, authentication, authorization, encryption, and data protection controls; and improve platform reliability, security, performance, and developer experience through automation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 6+ years building large-scale distributed systems
- Experience designing systems using authentication, authorization, identity, or encryption
- Experience building AI platforms, AI infrastructure, or production systems for AI-powered applications or agents
- Proficiency in Go or Python
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, gRPC, or Kafka
- Understanding of security fundamentals
- Experience building reusable platform capabilities, APIs, libraries, or developer tooling
- Experience delivering large engineering projects
Responsibilities
- Design and build a scalable AI platform for security capabilities and agents
- Build platform services, APIs, libraries, and SDKs for AI security workflows
- Design secure systems with identity, authentication, authorization, encryption, and data protection controls
- Build and operate reliable large-scale distributed systems
- Develop guardrails for safe AI agent operation
- Translate security and engineering needs into reusable platform capabilities
- Improve performance, developer experience, reliability, and security through automation
- Shape the platform technical direction and architecture
