About the Role
You will translate customer simulation and computational requirements into suitable HPC solutions. You will lead proofs of concept, deploy computing environments, support onboarding and troubleshooting, help migrate workloads, and coordinate with sales and technical stakeholders throughout customer projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HPC, numerical simulation, computational engineering, or scientific computing
- Knowledge of HPC environments
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Bash, Docker, and MPI
- Experience with Slurm or Lustre
- Experience with Python or S3
- Knowledge of a multiphysics or numerical simulation domain
- Professional English proficiency

Responsibilities
- Understand customer technical and computational challenges
- Design suitable HPC solutions
- Lead technical proofs of concept from requirements to validation
- Demonstrate HPC and cloud solutions
- Design and deploy computing environments
- Own customer onboarding and technical support
- Troubleshoot customer solutions
- Help customers migrate and run simulation workloads
- Support sales opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives
- Coordinate with solution, infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams
- Participate in trade shows and events
- Contribute to technical documentation and blog posts
