Requirements

• Experience in trust and safety, AI safety, or a related field
• Understanding of AI safety risks, evaluations, and safeguards
• Experience running risk assessment or harm-mitigation programs
• Experience translating policy or regulatory requirements into operational processes
• Ability to drive complex cross-functional programs with technical teams
• Written communication skills for technical, legal, and external audiences
• Attention to detail and risk judgment
• Commitment to safe AI development and deployment

Responsibilities

• Manage safety initiatives from risk assessment through safeguard deployment
• Strengthen incident response, escalation, and external reporting processes
• Conduct post-incident reviews and incorporate findings into safeguards
• Own safety strategy and deliverables for high-risk AI systems
• Define risk controls, assign owners, document procedures, and validate operation
• Prepare safety documentation, transparency reports, and regulatory submissions
