Responsibilities
- Set fellowship strategy and grow partnered fellowships
- Design fellowship cohorts with partners
- Improve fellowship templates, systems, and automations
- Hire, build, and lead Research Project Managers
- Run fellowship programs and support research teams
- Connect fellows with funding and job opportunities
- Evaluate fellowship impact and improve future cohorts
- Manage stipends, honoraria, contracts, participant agreements, and compute access
- Manage communications and report progress against OKRs
- Represent fellowship programs at conferences and career events
- Coordinate participant and project selection
- Coordinate weekly check-ins and provide participant support
