About the Role

You will design and improve corporate HSE procedures, policies, guides, and field tools. You will translate regulations into operational standards, maintain the HSE management system, advise business units, track program performance, and develop standardized training content.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related technical discipline
7+ years of progressive HSE experience
At least 2 years of corporate-level experience in program management, procedure writing, and system implementation
Ability to translate regulatory codes and technical concepts into operational manuals and guides
Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or OSHA VPP
Knowledge of US OSHA, EPA, and international HSE legal structures
Experience managing multiple complex program rollouts across distributed teams
Ability to work in-office
Willingness to travel approximately 20%

Responsibilities

Design and optimize corporate HSE procedures and policies
Create implementation guides, templates, and field tools
Track and translate HSE regulations, trends, and best practices into corporate standards
Partner with operations, legal, and executive stakeholders to integrate safety protocols
Maintain document control, risk assessment, and audit elements of the HSE management system
Provide technical guidance during system rollouts and site-level challenges
Develop and track HSE program KPIs
Collaborate on standardized HSE training modules
