About the Role
You will drive engagement with legislators and regulators, track policy and regulatory developments affecting the product, and advocate for the company's priorities. You will develop and execute policy and regulatory advocacy strategies, organize and facilitate meetings with policymakers and partners, coordinate policy efforts with PR, and cultivate strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (JD MPP or Master’s in International Relations or Political Science) or equivalent work experience
- Experience in government relations public affairs legislative or regulatory environments and policy advocacy
- Deep understanding of emerging technology trends and their intersection with policy and regulation
- Well-established relationships with policymakers and regulators primarily in the United States
- Proven ability to build coalitions and partnerships
- Excellent communication negotiation and strategic thinking skills
