About the Role
You will analyze, validate, and reconcile Bills of Materials across Teamcenter, contract manufacturers, procurement data, and As-Built records. You will create reports and dashboards, support engineering change analysis, test PLM capabilities, and help improve product-data governance and manufacturing readiness.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience supporting product data, BOMs, PLM, manufacturing engineering, or configuration management in a hardware product-development environment
- Experience with Bills of Materials, product structures, or manufacturing product data
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, or data comparisons
- Ability to investigate discrepancies across multiple systems and data sources
- Communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate BOMs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Identify and resolve discrepancies across Engineering, Contract Manufacturer, procurement, and As-Built BOMs
- Develop and maintain BOM reports, dashboards, Delta BOMs, and data-quality metrics
- Support Engineering Change analysis, implementation tracking, and product-data validation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product-data quality and manufacturing readiness
- Support Teamcenter reporting, testing, and validation of new PLM capabilities
- Identify opportunities to improve BOM management, reporting, and product-data governance
- Develop business solutions to improve BOM management, reporting, and product-data governance
