Performance Marketing Lead Paid Acquisition

About the Role
You will build and operate paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and TikTok, while testing new channels over time. You will manage campaigns directly, optimize creative and targeting, and share performance insights with consumer and creative partners. You will lead creative, landing-page, and funnel experiments; use AI tools to accelerate creative and analysis; own attribution, reporting, budget planning, and ROI reporting; and ensure healthcare advertising practices are followed.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of performance or growth marketing experience
- Experience in consumer health, wellness, or DTC subscriptions
- Experience owning and scaling paid acquisition budgets from $0 to millions
- Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, SEM, and attribution tooling
- SQL proficiency
- Experience with Mixpanel or Amplitude
- Experience using AI for copy iteration, creative testing, and analysis
- Creative judgment
- Experience in 0-to-1 environments
- Active United States work authorization
Responsibilities
- Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Manage campaigns in platform and communicate performance, creative, targeting, and pacing updates
- Turn advertising performance data into creative insights and test new concepts and formats
- Execute creative ideation, briefing, concept testing, iteration, and scaling
- Use AI creative tools to generate and test advertising variants
- Drive landing-page and funnel experimentation
- Own channel reporting, attribution, and measurement strategy
- Own paid-media budget planning and ROI reporting with Finance
- Conduct analyses using AI-assisted analytics tools
- Provide competitive and channel intelligence
- Ensure campaigns follow healthcare advertising best practices, HIPAA-conscious targeting, and health-category creative restrictions
