About the Role

You will maximize lead generation through the website by improving conversion rates and supporting top-of-funnel demand-generation campaigns. You will test copy, imagery, layouts, and engagement mechanisms; analyze results; monitor web performance; and share learnings. You will build AI-powered workflows for experimentation and reporting, track key performance indicators, and work across functions to achieve growth goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in growth, product management, product marketing, or an adjacent field
• Data analytics proficiency and the ability to derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data
• Ability to dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and deliver them autonomously
• Communication skills to influence stakeholders across functions and levels
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to accelerate and improve work

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new leads through website conversion-rate optimization and top-of-funnel demand-generation campaigns
• Own website experimentation across copy, imagery, layouts, and engagement mechanisms
• Analyze test results and share learnings with Growth and Marketing stakeholders
• Monitor website performance and identify trends and opportunities using web analytics tools
• Build AI-powered workflows for experimentation, reporting, and operational efficiency
• Report on conversion rates, user engagement, traffic patterns, and sales lead generation
• Work across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Operations to execute growth goals
