About the Role
You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Security/IT leaders on organizational changes, performance management, promotions, leveling, and employee relations, analyze People data, operationalize talent programs, and execute organizational changes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience
- Experience supporting technical organizations
- Experience executing complex People work
- Ability to influence senior technical leaders
- Experience with performance management, calibrations, promotions, and organizational design
- Analytical skills
- People data interpretation
- Ability to operate in ambiguity
- Sound judgment
- Experience using AI to synthesize data and automate workflows
Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with Engineering, Data Science, and Security/IT leaders
- Navigate performance management, promotions, leveling, and employee relations
- Synthesize People data for R&D leaders
- Operationalize performance, calibration, promotion, and manager enablement programs
- Reinforce performance standards and accountability
- Liaise between R&D and the broader People team
- Identify organizational risks and improvement opportunities
- Build scalable People frameworks and processes
- Execute organizational changes end to end
- Update Workday and enable leaders through transitions
