About the Role
The Associate will support recruiting operations through ATS administration, reporting, process documentation, candidate research, sourcing, and interview coordination. The role supports searches for specialized and hard-to-fill roles and may expand to include candidate outreach and screenings.
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct talent acquisition experience
- Experience sourcing for executive-level and corporate functions preferred
- Experience with sourcing techniques, LinkedIn, social platforms, and AI tools
- Strong AI prompting skills
- Experience maintaining ATS data accuracy
- Experience with Ashby preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative approach to business challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute recruiting reports
- Document process maps and system changes
- Administer the ATS
- Identify candidates for specialized and hard-to-fill roles
- Define search strategies and conduct talent-market research
- Source passive candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Build target-company and candidate lists
- Develop job-posting strategies
- Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate relationships
- Track recruiting goals and metrics
- Maintain accurate candidate data in Ashby
- Adjust sourcing and posting strategies based on feedback
- Stay current on recruitment industry trends
