About the Role
You will lead people operations for the Bangalore hub, support global processes, design onboarding and offboarding, administer Rippling, manage India employment compliance, operationalize performance processes, address employee relations, and develop people analytics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of people operations or HR experience at high-growth technology companies
- Expertise in India employment law, HR compliance, and statutory requirements
- Experience managing or implementing an HRIS
- Experience building people operations processes from an early stage
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate autonomously
Responsibilities
- Own people operations for the Bangalore hub and support global processes
- Design and implement onboarding and offboarding programs
- Manage the Rippling rollout and administration for India
- Maintain India employment compliance frameworks
- Develop and operationalize performance management processes
- Partner on employment matters, contractor conversions, entity setup, and benefits benchmarking
- Handle employee relations issues
- Build people analytics for headcount, attrition, and engagement
