About the Role
You will support the employee lifecycle from offer acceptance through offboarding. You will improve onboarding, respond to employee questions, maintain self-service resources, support people-program and policy rollouts, organize employee experience programs, and process employee changes and compliant files accurately.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of People Operations experience
- Experience building and documenting HR processes
- Written communication skills
- Experience managing employee data accurately and discreetly
- Ability to manage competing priorities and details
Responsibilities
- Own and improve new-hire onboarding
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and route complex issues
- Maintain self-service resources and FAQs
- Support people-program and policy rollouts
- Help deliver employee experience programs and events
- Process promotions and equity refreshes
- Prepare updated employment letters and maintain compliant employee files
