About the Role
You will run onboarding, offboarding, contracts, probation, background checks, right-to-work, and leave processes; maintain accurate HRIS data; administer benefits; support the AI HR bot; answer employee questions; manage Jira tickets; assist with HRIS projects; and produce people reports.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in people operations or HR generalist roles.
- Experience spanning multiple countries is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience improving or automating processes for scale.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms.
- Ability to maintain accurate and structured data.
- Experience in a high-growth, multi-country startup is advantageous.
- Experience supporting an HRIS implementation or migration is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts, probation, background checks, right-to-work, and leave processes.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and accurate employee records.
- Run audits and build workflows and automations.
- Manage benefits enrolment, changes, and employee queries.
- Maintain content for the AI HR bot.
- Identify ways AI tools can support people operations.
- Answer employee and first-line manager questions.
- Manage the Jira ticketing system.
- Support people-related projects and HRIS implementation.
- Produce people metrics and reporting.
