About the Role
You manage employee administration throughout the full employment lifecycle, including contracts, amendments, certificates, benefits, payroll inputs, and HR records. You coordinate onboarding and offboarding, support managers, and conduct exit interviews. You keep the Paris office running smoothly by managing supplies, equipment, vendors, facilities requests, and events. You also support people projects and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in HR or People Operations

Responsibilities
- Manage employee administration from hire to retirement
- Manage medical check-ups, health insurance, and pension schemes
- Prepare variable payroll elements
- Maintain employee records and HR dashboards
- Coordinate onboarding journeys and training sessions
- Support managers during onboarding
- Manage administrative departures and conduct exit interviews
- Manage Paris office supplies, equipment, vendors, and upkeep
- Organize welcome breakfasts, team lunches, afterworks, and offsites
- Coordinate facilities requests, office moves, and suppliers
- Support performance reviews and eNPS initiatives
- Promote the company culture internally and externally
