About the Role
You will lead recruitment operations, onboarding and offboarding, employee administration, payroll-provider coordination, and employee support. You will maintain employee records, ensure Mexican labor-law compliance, build People processes and policies, and support engagement, internal communications, and training logistics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of generalist HR experience covering the full employee lifecycle.
- Knowledge of employee-administration routines, including hires, attendance, vacations, departures, and benefits.
- Experience managing external payroll providers or BPO providers.
- Experience supporting or leading recruitment processes, ideally high-volume hiring.
- Professional English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-volume recruitment operations, including pipelines, scheduling, candidate experience, agency coordination, and offer logistics.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including interviews, documentation, admission exams, equipment coordination, and first-day experience.
- Manage employee administration with the external payroll and HR provider, including hires, departures, attendance, vacations, and benefits.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Mexican labor law.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Build People processes, policies, and tools as the organization grows.
- Support engagement initiatives, internal communications, and training logistics.
