About the Role

Design and run onboarding, employee recognition, rituals, perks, events, people operations, equipment management, policies, workflows, people analytics, dashboards, vendor coordination, travel logistics, and scalable operational playbooks.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in People, HR, Operations, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage many priorities
  • Proven experience planning and executing events
  • Comfort with data analysis and presenting numerical insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Curiosity about Web3, blockchain, or crypto
  • Proficiency with Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Ramp, and an HRIS platform
  • Startup experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute onboarding experiences
  • Implement employee recognition programs and team rituals
  • Plan and execute company events, offsites, and onsite experiences
  • Manage vendor relationships and event logistics
  • Coordinate hardware procurement, setup, and returns
  • Maintain equipment inventory and assignment records
  • Maintain and analyze people data including headcount and retention
  • Build and manage reporting dashboards for leadership
  • Support performance cycles, engagement surveys, and org updates
  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
  • Document policies and maintain internal Notion pages
  • Gather post-event feedback and iterate on experiences
