Requirements
- 社会人経験2年以上
- 準ネイティブレベルの英語
- ネイティブレベルの日本語
- 営業、人事、事業企画、またはコーポレートなどでの対人折衝経験
- 複数タスクを同時に処理しロジスティクスを組み立てた経験
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験
- イベントファシリテーション経験
- 高いコミュニケーション力
Responsibilities
- 海外のシニアエンジニアやシニアビジネス層との英語面談・面接を実施する
- 採用候補者の魅力づけから候補者体験の設計、クロージングまで担う
- SBIなどのパートナー企業とのオフィス調整を行う
- 外部イベントで会社の顔として調整とファシリテーションを行う
- 全社ワーケーションのフライト、宿泊、現地手配を管理する
- ワーケーション当日の運営を仕切る
- 社内サーベイを実施する
- 労務をサポートする
- 必要に応じてバックオフィスとPR業務を担当する
