About the Role
You will design and optimize high-speed PCB layouts for data center hardware using Cadence Allegro. You will implement signal-integrity and power-distribution strategies, develop complex HDI stack-ups, and collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to ensure performance, manufacturability, and system integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- 10 years of PCB layout design experience
- Cadence Allegro proficiency
- Knowledge of high-speed digital design, signal integrity, and impedance control
- Experience with complex HDI PCB design and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of power distribution network design and thermal management
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Lead high-speed PCB layout design and optimization using Cadence Allegro
- Implement impedance matching, trace routing, and crosstalk mitigation
- Develop power distribution networks, power planes, decoupling strategies, and thermal management solutions
- Manage complex HDI PCB stack-up design
- Integrate blind and buried vias and microvias
- Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineering on system integration
- Provide input during design reviews
