About the Role
Own global payroll systems, processes, and reporting; run accurate and compliant payroll cycles across employees, EORs, and contractors; administer equity programs and taxable events; perform reconciliations; and support audits and external advisors.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience administering international equity plans including RSUs, stock options, and taxable events.
- Experience managing global payroll through Deel or a similar platform.
- Understanding of payroll and tax considerations for equity compensation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, operational rigor, and ownership mindset.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Comfort partnering cross-functionally with People, Finance, Legal, Tax, and external vendors.
- Experience in SOX or AICPA/PCAOB audit environments preferred.
- Experience automating HRIS, payroll, and equity integrations preferred.
- Background in global, high-growth technology companies preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage global payroll operations for direct employees, EORs, and contractors.
- Prepare and perform payroll-to-cash and payroll-to-ERP reconciliations.
- Administer global equity programs in Carta, including grants, vesting, exercises, platform maintenance, and taxable events.
- Maintain data consistency across HiBob, Carta, Deel, and ERP systems.
- Support audits and external advisors with accurate operational data.
