About the Role

You will manage and optimise payment operations across multiple markets, handling customer deposits, withdrawals, refunds, reconciliations, and exceptions. You will operationalise and maintain company bank accounts, ensure liquidity and timely settlements, and act as the escalation point for complex payment cases. You will lead, coach, and develop payment analysts, implement and maintain SOPs, coordinate with reconciliations, set rotational on-call schedules, drive the treasury portal rollout, maintain redundancy and access to critical accounts, manage country exposure to reduce FX risk, and operate the ticketing system while reporting key monthly KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or other related field
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily payment operations including deposits withdrawals refunds reconciliations and exception handling
  • Operationalise and manage company accounts ensuring accuracy liquidity alignment and timely settlements
  • Lead coach and develop a team of payment analysts
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls across payment activities
  • Act as primary escalation point for complex payment cases and ensure timely resolution
  • Drive treasury portal project to meet objectives and rollout timelines
  • Establish and maintain rotational on-call schedules for payops coverage
  • Coordinate with reconciliations to minimise after the fact queries
  • Ensure bank accounts are added maintained and accessible in the treasury portal
  • Develop sign off SOPs for operational processes
  • Ensure redundancy and access to critical bank accounts across regions
  • Maintain sufficient liquidity across bank accounts for operational and trading purposes
  • Manage country exposure to reduce FX exposure in emerging markets
  • Manage ticketing system for OTC payment channels and report monthly statistics as KPIs
