About the Role

You will build and run operational infrastructure for partner-led business. You will manage planning, forecasting, partner economics, pricing models, CRM workflows, reporting, deal frameworks, and business reviews. You will identify lifecycle bottlenecks and turn commercial analysis into clear, scalable recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM operations, pricing or deal strategy, strategic finance, business operations, management consulting, or a related analytical role
• Financial modeling and commercial scenario evaluation skills
• Knowledge of B2B revenue mechanics, pipeline management, forecasting, conversion analysis, and performance reporting
• Experience supporting pricing, packaging, deal strategy, or complex commercial decisions
• Experience with CRM and reporting tools
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Own annual and quarterly planning for partner-led GTM
• Build and run partner forecasting processes
• Develop partner economics, pricing models, and ROI analyses
• Create deal frameworks, guardrails, and approval paths
• Define partner performance reporting
• Own partnership CRM data models and operational workflows
• Run partner business reviews and executive operating cadences
• Identify and solve partner-lifecycle bottlenecks
• Advise on portfolio strategy and partner-growth programs
