About the Role

You will manage active media partnerships from day-to-day execution through renewal and expansion. You will coordinate creative and copy updates, keep integrations and placements on schedule, and track referral traffic, brand mentions, and placement performance. You will identify and pitch new media partners, guide partners through API, iFrame, and SDK integrations, and maintain a system for tracking partner usage and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in partnership management, project management, or a related media or marketing role.
• Experience working at a media company directly with brand or advertising partners.
• Experience managing high-value media partnerships end to end, including renewals and expanded deals.
• Technical fluency with API documentation, iFrame setups, or SDK integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple active partners simultaneously.
• Ability to write briefs, provide creative feedback, and hold partners accountable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with active media partners and keep integrations on schedule.
• Coordinate creative and copy updates across partner placements.
• Track and report weekly on referral traffic, brand mentions, and placement performance.
• Identify and pitch new media partners across finance, politics, crypto, and technology.
• Guide partners through API, iFrame, and SDK integrations.
• Plan partnership execution, including asset strategy and placement logic.
• Build and maintain a tracking system for partner integrations and expansion opportunities.
