About the Role

You will build and manage strategic relationships across Tide’s SME lending marketplace in Germany. You will work with lending and acquisition partners, develop partner campaigns, oversee revenue and engagement metrics, and coordinate referral onboarding with internal teams. You will host regular business reviews, resolve issues promptly, generate partner leads, and identify target markets to expand the partner base.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of partnership management experience.
  • Broad awareness of the SME lending ecosystem.
  • Comprehensive understanding of German small-business customers’ financing needs.
  • Experience managing partnerships in the SME lending finance industry.
  • Fintech industry experience is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial focus on KPIs, opportunities, and incremental value.
  • German and English communication skills.
  • Project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate, acquire, and onboard strategic partners.
  • Grow and develop the partner portfolio in line with lending platform growth in Germany.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute partnerships and campaigns.
  • Drive internal process enhancements to enable partners.
  • Act as the single point of contact for the partner portfolio.
  • Manage revenue, partner satisfaction, and engagement metrics for named partners.
  • Host regular partner business reviews and resolve issues promptly.
  • Generate partner leads through outreach, email, events, and marketing.
  • Identify new target markets to grow the partner base.
  • Build relationships with key partners and support smooth partner-referral sign-ups.
  • Coordinate with KYC, Onboarding, and Marketing Data teams to process partner referrals within specified SLAs.
