About the Role
You will build and steward strategic partnerships, support fundraising and donor cultivation, manage stakeholder relationships, and improve CRM practices. You will develop impact frameworks, create reports and presentations, support outreach and workshops, represent the organization externally, and periodically travel for partner meetings.
Requirements
- Graduate degree or related field
- Minimum three years of experience in fundraising, project management, and communications
- Partnership development and multi-stakeholder project-management experience
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience with government and understanding of public-policy processes
- Project-management and CRM software experience
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Responsibilities
- Develop partnership strategies and steward relationships with institutions, government, industry, and foundations
- Draft proposals and grant applications, manage funder relationships, and track prospective donors
- Manage stakeholder relationships, meetings, reporting, and CRM processes
- Support the Distinguished Experts Network and facilitate partner and Board convenings
- Develop impact-evaluation frameworks for outputs, outcomes, and impacts
- Create communications, reports, presentations, and impact narratives
- Support program outreach, workshops, and funding exploration
- Represent the organization at briefings, conferences, site visits, and partner meetings
