About the Role

You will own strategic health-system relationships and act as the primary contact for executive, operational, technical, and clinical stakeholders. You will use adoption and usage data to identify risks and growth opportunities, conduct executive business reviews, support clinician onboarding and training, resolve issues, and coordinate internal teams around partner outcomes.

• Customer-facing experience in management consulting, enterprise SaaS, or health-system innovation

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive, operational, technical, and clinician relationships with health-system partners
• Serve as the primary partner contact and provide timely stakeholder communication
• Use partner usage, adoption, and growth data to identify risks and opportunities
• Conduct executive business reviews and align stakeholders on expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales to advance expansions and present solutions and ROI
• Provide clinician product training and onboarding support
• Resolve clinician issues with internal teams
• Monitor clinician satisfaction and adoption and deliver targeted interventions
• Represent partner insights internally to improve products and services
• Develop partner-success resources, case studies, and engagement materials
