About the Role
You will build the technical foundation for a partner function. You will create enablement curricula, demos, workshops, onboarding, training, technical collateral, and architecture support. You will advise partners on complex deals, share field feedback with product and engineering, and measure enablement effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture
- Experience enabling channel, systems integration, or consulting partners
- Hands-on fluency with SQL and Python
- Experience building and demonstrating end-to-end analytics workflows
- Experience designing training curricula or enablement programs
- Strong live presentation and demo skills
- Working knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, or similar data-stack tools
- Understanding of how systems integration partners scope and staff analytics engagements
- Experience building trust with consulting or systems integration firms
- Willingness to travel roughly 25-30%
Responsibilities
- Design technical enablement curricula and certification tracks
- Build and maintain a partner-facing demo library
- Run technical onboarding and architecture reviews
- Deliver trainings workshops and office hours
- Support strategic partner deals with proof-of-value and solution design
- Create technical collateral and demo scripts
- Share partner feedback with product and engineering
- Track partner certifications demo independence and time-to-first-deal
