About the Role
You will manage cases escalated by support teams, interpret user information and Periscope charts, and streamline payment-ticket management. You will forecast collections, communicate with users and partners about issues and outages, maintain records in Slack, and communicate partner requirements to engineering.
Requirements
- University degree in IT, finance or a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in a comparable customer-service or back-office position
- Basic technical knowledge
- Prioritization skills
- Fluency in English and local languages
- Work authorization in The Gambia
Responsibilities
- Manage cases escalated by support teams
- Interpret user information
- Analyze and interpret Periscope charts
- Provide operational support and streamline payment-ticket management
- Forecast and follow up on collections
- Communicate with users about issues, claims and outages
- Escalate cases, claims and outages to partners
- Maintain communication with support and product teams
- Maintain organized records in Slack
- Communicate requirements to the engineering team
