About the Role

You will advise partners and customers on accounting workflows, product capabilities, and integration approaches. You will deliver customized demonstrations and training, design and validate API integrations, support technical implementations, assess requirements and ROI, and maintain technical assets and knowledge resources.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in partner architecture solutions consulting sales engineering solutions architecture or similar customer-facing roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering business finance accounting or a related field
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value
  • Experience in channel sales and working with systems integrators and independent software vendors
  • Expertise architecting APIs between finance software programs
  • Proficiency in IdP HRIS and ERP solutions
  • Expertise in accounting systems controllership needs and finance workflows
  • Exceptional organizational project management and time management skills
  • Engineering system design and technical specification writing skills
  • Proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for product and integration development based on customer needs
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations and workflow illustrations
  • Create enablement materials to onboard and train partners
  • Develop product solutions based on integration and configuration options
  • Architect advise on and validate API-based integrations
  • Support advanced technical and accounting implementations
  • Evaluate partner requirements through use-case ROI and technical analysis
  • Create and maintain technical assets and knowledge bases
