About the Role
You will manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple markets. You will design Search, Shopping and PMax campaign architectures, optimize Merchant Center feeds, allocate budgets dynamically based on ROAS/CPA, and implement full-funnel remarketing using GA4 audiences and Customer Match. You will run creative testing, manage creative lifecycles, apply bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, Max Conversions), and work to improve conversion signal quality via CAPI and other tagging solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads, independently managing DTC or e-commerce accounts with monthly budgets over $50,000
- Proficient in detailed setup of Search, Shopping and PMax campaigns
- Experience with Meta Ads including budget optimization and creative testing methodologies
- Working proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize Search campaign architectures by product line and user intent
- Set up and optimize PMax and Shopping campaigns with multilingual Merchant Center feeds
- Dynamically allocate budgets across markets based on ROAS and CPA and scale high-growth markets
- Build full-funnel remarketing using GA4 audiences, Customer Match, and dynamic remarketing
- Apply and monitor bidding strategies such as tCPA, tROAS, and Max Conversions
- Develop and run creative testing frameworks (DCT, A/B) and manage creative lifecycle
- Structure and test audience segmentation including Lookalike, interest and broad audiences
- Use CAPI and other tools to optimize conversion signal quality
