About the Role
You will own SEO and ASO strategy for web and mobile acquisition. You will conduct keyword and competitor research, optimize website and app-store content, improve technical SEO, analyze organic performance, build acquisition forecasts, manage agencies and freelancers, and collaborate with product and performance-marketing stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of SEO and ASO experience
- Keyword planning, technical SEO, link-building, and app-store analytics expertise
- GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, App Radar, AppTweak, Firebase, Data Studio, and Hotjar knowledge
- Knowledge of MSME behavior, digital lending, RBI compliance, and financial-product search trends
- Copywriting, proofreading, editing, and English grammar skills
- SEO and conversion knowledge
- Planning, organization, and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Build and execute organic acquisition strategy
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, landing pages, blogs, and performance pages
- Lead technical SEO improvements for crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
- Build content strategy for blogs, guides, comparison pages, and FAQ hubs
- Track and optimize organic funnel performance
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and internal resources
- Grow organic Android and iOS app installs
- Optimize app-store metadata and localized content
- Implement keyword expansion, competitor benchmarking, and A/B testing
- Improve app ratings, review management, and store-listing conversion
- Analyze performance data and report on KPIs
- Build organic acquisition ROI and revenue forecasts
- Collaborate with performance marketing to reduce CAC
