About the Role

You will quote OTC trades and maintain direct relationships with clients, liquidity providers and banks. You will manage liquidity and treasury, execute fund movements and support crypto and fiat settlements. You will control and approve liquidations, prepare research and alerts, help build trading strategies, perform the daily close and provide operational support to Back Office and Middle Office.

Requirements

• 3 years experience in similar positions
• Experience in the crypto industry (desirable)
• Degree in Economics or related fields
• Master's in Finance is a plus
• Specialization in capital markets is valued
• Strong knowledge of blockchain cryptocurrency and financial markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced English; Portuguese desirable
• Experience with AI and automation tools

Responsibilities

• Quote OTC trades

• Control and approve settlements
• Prepare research and issue alerts
• Collaborate in strategy development including exposure position and prop trading
• Perform daily closing
• Provide operational support to Back Office and Middle Office
