About the Role
You will recruit, oversee, and mentor energy-market traders. You will identify and manage trading risks, develop and execute oil-commodities strategies, monitor financial performance, maintain compliance with laws and policies, liaise with internal and external parties, and adjust strategies for market and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree in a field directly relevant to trading activities.
- Have substantive OTC trading experience focused on risk management.
- Understand oil commodities and derivatives, including swaps and cleared products.
- Know ICE and CME platforms.
- Be familiar with proprietary trading systems.
- Develop and execute strategies based on in-depth market analysis.
