About the Role
You will welcome customers at the store, explain products and services, answer questions, resolve problems, demonstrate web and mobile functions, and guide customers through account opening. You will manage visitor flow, support outdoor events, introduce speakers at seminars, and handle other tasks assigned by your supervisor. The role requires rotating shifts, five scheduled workdays per week including weekends, and occasional event support outside the area.
Requirements
- Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude
- Careful work and patience with customers
- Good communication skills
- Retail customer service experience
- Availability to support events outside the area 1–2 times per year
- Basic knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency is a plus
- Cryptocurrency trading experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills
