About the Role
You will build and improve the operating processes that keep a fast-moving, cross-functional organization running smoothly. You will document workflows, identify automation opportunities, coordinate quarterly priorities and product launches, and provide leadership with visibility into major initiatives. You will also support compliance, customer support, finance, HR, IT, vendor management, board preparation, and administration of company-wide tools.
Requirements
- 4+ years in operations or business operations, ideally at a startup or scale-up
- Excellent cross-functional communication
- Experience documenting, owning, and improving cross-functional processes
- Strong program management skills
- Hands-on familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Kanban-based ways of working
Responsibilities
- Document, validate, and continuously improve core cross-functional business processes
- Monitor adherence to operational processes and flag gaps
- Identify manual processes suitable for automation and drive automation initiatives through implementation
- Design and run weekly leadership syncs, monthly all-hands, and quarterly Rocks reviews
- Manage the quarterly Rock-setting process
- Drive cross-functional alignment on major company initiatives
- Organize and maintain Kanban boards across teams
- Provide program management and reporting for major Rocks and process initiatives
- Build processes and procedures for rolling new products out to partners
- Manage product rollout programs, milestones, owners, and dependencies
- Maintain processes for updating partner and customer agreements
- Coordinate product launch timelines and dependencies across Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Define and operationalize customer response-time and resolution SLAs with Compliance and Support
- Document and measure support and compliance workflows
- Support finance workflows, including vendor and contract management
- Coordinate board meeting inputs, materials, and timelines
- Oversee device procurement, provisioning, inventory, and deprovisioning
- Administer company-wide tools and software, including Confluence and Jira
