About the Role
You will work directly with the CEO to build the operating layer, including customer experience, shipments, internal systems, CRM, processes, planning, documentation, and company operations. You will manage inventory, vendors, timelines, and follow-through; turn ambiguous work into workflows and documentation; support research and prioritization; and identify or build internal AI tools.

Responsibilities
- Build customer experience and company operations
- Coordinate shipments, inventory, vendors, timelines, and follow-through
- Create workflows, documentation, CRM systems, and operating processes
- Support planning, research, prioritization, and special projects with the CEO
- Identify and build internal AI tools
- Identify broken processes and build systems to prevent recurring issues
