About the Role
You will receive VISA card shipments, manage local stock securely, maintain accurate inventory records, deliver cards to local distribution partners, organize restocks, monitor card activations, maintain the reporting dashboard, support partners, resolve minor issues, escalate larger problems, and report local feedback to the team.
Requirements
- Organization and dependability
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain tracking spreadsheets
- Ability to identify declining partner numbers
- Clear communication
- Knowledge of Nouméa and the wider territory
- Driver's licence is a strong plus
- First experience in logistics, stock management, retail operations, or field support
- Existing relationships in local retail or distribution

- Receive VISA card shipments

- Organize restocks before partners run out
- Track cards activated by each partner
- Maintain the reporting dashboard
- Share regular activation updates
- Answer partner questions
- Resolve small issues

- Report partner feedback and customer questions
