About the Role
Work with operations, compliance, sales, product, and leadership teams to manage client accounts, onboard and monitor customer transactions, reconcile ledger entries, assess corporate client risk, manage settlements, and improve operational processes.
Requirements
- Currently in the final year of higher education in management control, finance, or auditing, taking a gap year, or seeking a 6-month end-of-studies internship from October 2026
- Previous successful internship experience in a consulting firm or startup in strategy, finance, or marketing preferred
- Analytical mind with the ability to synthesize data
- Meticulous, proactive, and curious
- Autonomous, self-disciplined, and able to question yourself
- Results-oriented and data-driven
- Fluent in French and English
- Resourceful thinker
Responsibilities
- Analyze corporate clients' KYB/KYC files, assess compliance risk, and perform periodic reviews
- Monitor crypto-currency and traditional-currency transactions for fraud and regulatory compliance risks
- Manage settlements and deliveries with liquidity partners
- Review and improve existing processes and create new ones
- Implement strategic recommendations on partnerships and customers
- Support the senior MO/BO on project management activities
