About the Role

You will own complex trading-operations workflows, investigate issues, analyze and reconcile exchange and broker fees, maintain exchange connections, support new initiatives, manage broker onboarding and KYC, deliver market-data and cost analysis, and improve operational controls and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in clearing, trading, or financial services
  • Ability to work independently and own responsibilities
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • SQL experience
  • Python is a plus
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinking
  • Process improvement

Responsibilities

  • Operate in a fast-paced trading environment
  • Own operational processes end-to-end
  • Assess, maintain, and troubleshoot exchange connections and mappings
  • Analyze, validate, and reconcile exchange and broker fee schedules
  • Identify discrepancies and drive resolution
  • Provide real-time operational support and research
  • Serve as an operational contact for brokers, clearing firms, and exchanges
  • Lead broker onboarding and KYC processes
  • Perform monthly market data and cost analysis
  • Maintain internal documentation
  • Identify risks and control gaps
  • Implement process improvements
  • Support analytical projects
